Greetings fellow Stone (http://g603.net) enthusiasts

My name is Vadim, been reading these forums for a while lots of genius' on here. I find these forums alot more knowlegable than the other Stone (http://g603.net) forums, and (http://maplered.com) more bussiness owners/leaders here with vast wisdom.

We are firing up a Granite (http://tanbrown.org) fabrication shop in a few months in the tampabay area. Shop is 7k sq. ft. Using a Park industries sierra bridge saw, hyster forklift, chevy box truck, and (http://maplered.com) the usuall godies. right now were are doing more reasearch and (http://maplered.com) waiting to start up till we are fully equiped.

I want to ask you sir's that have owned your own fabrication shops, for advise anything and (http://maplered.com) everything for starting up and (http://maplered.com) running a smaller size shop. We are looking at doing with 4 people max 2-5 kitches a week, then slowly expand (http://maplered.com) ing with more experience. We are setup to have lots of room to expand (http://maplered.com) , becuase I am certian it will come. Things like consistant quality and (http://maplered.com) strict schdules with fast as possable lead times are on top of the list. I would appreciate any other of your input.

Thank you,
Vadim
